The City of Harmony
Kirby receives a visitor from Harmony city. This place has been cut off from the rest of the world since the meteorite killed the big reptiles. Untouched by global inflation, the pubs in Harmony city still sell beer at five cents a glass. But trouble is brewing in the city and Minerva, a resident of Harmony is here to seek the help of Rip Kirby. It started when a private plan crashed near the city. The townspeople brought the passengers to the city in a horse-driven ambulance. The passengers returned the favor by threatening to leak the city's secret location. It is on this delicate matter that the mayor of Harmony seeks Kirby's help.

The Beckoning Fetters
The man who tried to mug Desmond at the docks turns out to be an old friend of the butler. Desmond, an angel of reformation, takes Alfie under his wings. Desmond trains him for a butler's job. He comes to hear of an opening from butler's employment exchange. Mr. Crimper, the one seeking a butler, is a secretive man. Though he's very rich, nobody knows where his money comes from. Alfie who accepts the job, is soon to find out more about Mr. Crimper and his line of business. The truth is unsavory and Alfie whom Desmond has advised to stay out of trouble, is now back into the mire. Rip Kirby and Desmond rushes for help.

A volley of meteorites start falling on The Place of Stars. The news brings professor Tiber and his team rushing to the place. Tiber has asked Kirby to come along, for no other reason than to share the expenses. Dorian Honey and Mumu Amour also join the team. Two locals, Ramon and Luis, secretly follow the scientists to the camp. Tiber finds out gold and diamond in a piece of meteorite with the aid of a magnifying glass. Kirby is already wearing those glasses, so he can tell just by looking at it. When they are discussing the finds in super loud voices, Ramon and Luis overhear. Now they want it all. They kidnap the ladies, take them to a cave and torture them by feeding them clam soup. Ramon rides away to blackmail the scientist into giving up the gold. Luis stays back to cook more soup for the ladies.
